Size of Diffusion Region

Using the hyperbolic tangent to fit B - field profiles to estimate the size of the diffusion region returns values for the size of the region (approximately):

• Diffusion Region Width: 6.9 cm
• Diffusion Region Length: 13.7 cm

While these are just rough estimates for a particular shot, it is very indicative of other shots, and seems to agree intuitively with the expected size of the diffusion region. None of this data can be said to be conclusive yet, however preliminary calculations seem to say that helicity is relatively conserved compared to magnetic energy.
