DESCRIPTION

Takes x, y and z lattices of particle coordinates and outputs particle geometry, optionally colored via f lattice and colormap

INPUTS

X -- Lattice
(1-D, 1-vector, float, uniform). X coordinates

Y -- Lattice
(1-D, 1-vector, float, uniform). Y coordinates

Z -- Lattice
(1-D, 1-vector, float, uniform). Z coordinates

F -- Lattice (Opt.)
(1-D, 1-vector, float, uniform). Colormapping function

Colormap -- Lattice (Opt.)
Colormap

Transform -- Lattice (Opt.)
(1-D, 1-vector, float, uniform).

WIDGETS

Option -- Option Menu
(Points (unicolor), Points (F & colormap), Spheres (unicolor), Spheres (F & colormap), Spheres (Editable)). Selects type of geometry produced

R -- Slider
Red value for unicolor rendering

G -- Slider
Green value for unicolor rendering

B -- Slider
Blue value for unicolor rendering

Sphere Radius -- Text
Sphere radius

Stride -- Text
Plot every stride'th particle

Ndrawn -- Text
Number of particles plotted (output)

T -- Slider
Transparency for sphere rendering

Complex -- Slider
Sphere tesselation complexity

Max Nsph -- Text
Maximum number of spheres which will be rendered
